What to expect
From the first time you chat to our team, you’ll have choice over every aspect of your customised stone benchtop design. After you get in touch with us and answer a few quick questions, we’ll send someone out for a free site visit and initial consultation, to help us understand what your dream kitchen benchtops should look like.
After our consultation, we’ll send out a quote for either your benchtops, cabinetry or both—whatever you need a hand with. From here, you’ll have the chance to adjust your quote and add or remove elements to suit your unique needs. With the final quote secured and your deposit placed, we can get started! After our team come out for another site visit, our kitchen designer will create the construction drawings for your project. Upon your approval, we’ll kick off the installation process.
If everything is set and ready to go, you can expect to have a refreshed kitchen in 8-10 weeks, or even less if we’re only installing your benchtops.
